Backups and monitoring

Scene Group will backup the VPS node (including your VPS) up to 4 times every day in case of hardware failures or other disturbance. Customer is responsible to have their own backups in order to recover from self-caused data loss.

Customer will monitor the server status himself by using the web-based monitoring tools provided by Scene Group's virtual server control panel and cPanel. We will setup automatic email notifications to notify the customer of any issues with the server. Scene Group will ensure that the server and network are operational at all times.
